Please note, once orders are placed, fulfillment begins immediately, and we are unable to process changes or cancellations. We kindly ask that you double check your order form, as we are unable to change your order details once the order is processed.

Subscription

You can modify, manage, or cancel your subscription at anytime through your customer account. Additionally, if you're overstocked, you can always skip your next order or adjust your subscription frequency within your customer account.

Cancellation by Caboo

Caboo reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of the following: a product is out of stock, errors in pricing, an unforeseen circumstance where an order cannot be processed, or perceived or confirmed misuse of any of Caboo’s cancellation, refund and replacement policies. If a cancellation occurs, you will be promptly notified.
