We understand how frustrating it is when your delivery doesn't go as planned. 
Here are some tips to ensure you have a smooth delivery:

1) Do not order to a PO Box. Most of our delivery carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you order a PO box, you will likely have a failed delivery.

2) Double check that the delivery address is accurate. We cannot make changes to a delivery after an order is placed. Due to this, we highly recommend to check that all your order details are correct before placing the order.

3) Do not order to common areas. For example, if you live in an apartment building, make sure to include your unit number so the package is not left in the lobby.

4) Check your delivery status through the tracking link provided to stay informed when your order is delivered. Bring it in as soon as possible to avoid theft.

5) Ensure your subscription settings are up to date. If you do not want an upcoming order, make sure you skip, delay, or cancel your upcoming order before your next one renews. We cannot make changes to a delivery after an order is placed. Due to this, we highly recommend to check that all your order details and subscription details are correct before your subscription renews.
