How do I reset my password?Updated 6 months ago


2) Click the profile icon in the top right corner.


3) Try to enter your account email address and password. 


If it does not work, click "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" and follow the instructions to reset it.

If you see an error message saying, "No account found with that email" it likely means you don’t have an account with us—even if you have a subscription. In that case, please create an account using the email address associated with your subscription.
