Is your toilet paper septic safe?

Yes, it's totally septic-safe for all septic tanks. In fact bamboo tends to dissolve more quickly than traditional paper products, many customers with Septic systems / RV / Outdoor enthusiasts are using this product and it's 2 Ply only.

Do your paper products contain PFAS?

PFAS is not added to our manufacturing process. However, given that PFAS chemicals have been measured in airborne environments such as indoor air and household dust, we cannot guarantee the product would be free of small traces of it.

Are your products vegan?

Are your products compostable?

All of our products are all compostable on their own. However, it depends what you use them for. We do not recommend composting them with human waste, grease, oil or chemical products.

Are your products bleached?

Our bamboo pulp for our paper is bleached using a non-toxic ECF bleaching method, which is standard in the bamboo pulp industry. This method removes any harmful dioxins that would normally appear in a chlorine-bleached pulp. Our wipes are Total Chlor

What are the inner tube made from? How do they break down?

In the U.S., the tube in our toilet paper and paper towel rolls is made from bamboo, which is compostable. In Canada, the tube is made from recycled paper. It can be recycled again or composted, depending on your local facilities.
